Virtual marketing assistant wanted

I require a part time virtual marketing assistant to assist with producing and marketing materials for a group of medical and pathology practices specialising in skin cancer. Marketing materials would go to doctors and patients. Will need to produce and brand online and printed newsletters including source material, maintain email databases, use of campaign monitor, maintain and be proficient in facebook, twitter and wordpress. Must be extremely proficient in English, medical knowledge would be desirable
