Excel Address formatting

Break address cells into multiple cells: 1) street address 2) suite or apartment # (if applicable), 3) City, 4) state, 5) Zip Code. I will provide the entries from one state as a guide and the task is to format the remaining 49 states to look identical to the first state. There are approximately 750 entries.
