Excel database entry off of internet site

Create 3 excel spreadsheets with each entry on the spreadsheet containing a company name, contact name, address and phone number. Spreadsheet #1, 2,and 3 will have 234, 447, and 451 entries respectively. The data for each entry must be obtained from one of three internet pages (one for each spreadsheet), and the specific information to copy and type into spreadsheet can be reached with one or two clicks from that existing internet site database. This job will be easy for someone who knows what they are doing.
