Virtual Assistant

Looking for 2 customer service positions to handle phone, chat and email for a US based website. Calls and chats will be to handle customer service for current customers orders and to sell new customers. There will also be some outgoing telemarketing sales calls on a as needed basis, so telephone sales marketing experience is needed. MUST SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND FLUENT ENGLISH. 1st position is for an employee to work 7AM-6PM EST answering calls and chats. 2nd position is for a part time employee to work 6PM-7AM EST answering calls and chats on a per call and per chat basis. Graphic design knowledge and skills is a plus.
